Creative Services Account Manager

 

Reporting to: Brand and Creative Services Manager

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Brand and Creative Services Manager‚ the Creative Service Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all projects being briefed into the Inhouse agency. You will own and be the bridge of all relationships between the client and the Inhouse agency, assist in establishing the processes and ways of working, be responsible for prioritization of your clients projects coming into the team and ensuring that they are delivered on brief and on time. You will work alongside the equivalent role in London and also the Traffic managers based in London and Malta.

You will make sure that all work will be completed within the scheduled deadlines. And, as needed, you will work with the Traffic managers to adjust project deadlines, while still meeting the marketing department's needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying creative opportunities for the team where we can be proactive with creative and ideas
  • writing and agreeing creative briefs from the marketing team to our In-house creative team
  • Seek out opportunities for forward planning with Clients and own all project prioritisation to ensure creative resource is secured with our Traffic managers
  • ensuring each team member knows the projects they need to complete, keep them on track and deliver to due dates.
  • Managing the relationships between In-house creative team and Internal marketing teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and any prioritization clashes are resolved
  • Ensure all tracking and performance stats are added to relevant projects
  • Monitor creative execution for all brand websites to ensure consistence and quality are to the correct standard
  • Manage and keep Genie image system up to date with approved imagery only
  • We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience
  • Experience working within a fast paced team
  • Ability to communicate with all parties involved in projects
  • Ability to think laterally to resolve issues
  • Solid understanding of the different roles within a In-house creative team and awareness of peoples strengths and weaknesses to ensure they are booked appropriately
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time and workload
  • Knowledge of resource management software
  • Excellent motivation and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and ability to work on their own
  • Team mentality and ownership
