Reporting to: Brand and Creative Services Manager
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand and Creative Services Manager‚ the Creative Service Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all projects being briefed into the Inhouse agency. You will own and be the bridge of all relationships between the client and the Inhouse agency, assist in establishing the processes and ways of working, be responsible for prioritization of your clients projects coming into the team and ensuring that they are delivered on brief and on time. You will work alongside the equivalent role in London and also the Traffic managers based in London and Malta.
You will make sure that all work will be completed within the scheduled deadlines. And, as needed, you will work with the Traffic managers to adjust project deadlines, while still meeting the marketing department's needs.
