This role will be responsible for owning Kindred Canada and Other territories operations with full P&L responsibility. This role will have responsibility to plan, organize, execute and optimize not only development of products but also acquisition and retention (together with the respective dedicated teams) and other daily operations required to reach the growth targets set for Kindred in Canada and Other territories. This role may also plan and work with new potential markets.


What you'll do:


  • Defining and managing the Kindred Canada and Other territories plan and strategy in the short, medium and long term
  • P&L responsibility for the operating Kindred brands in Canada and Other territories
  • Managing and reporting all brand KPI's and budgets of Kindred Canada and Other territories
  • Monitoring various countries within Other territories for opportunities/ threats
  • Leading high performing virtual team to ensure high deliverability
  • Responsible of the acquisition & retention channels and targets together with the dedicated teams
  • Liaise and develop a strategy with the CRM team and push for support to ensure that Kindred retention activities that can increase ARPU, LTV in Canada and Other territories.
  • Representing Canada and Other territories internally and maintaining a good relationship with third parties
  • Liaising with different departments and teams across the business such as Customer Services, CRM, Brand Strategy, Player Sustainability, and others to ensure sustainable support
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned


How you'll be measured


  • Full P&L responsibility (acquisition, GWR, bonus spend, turnover, ROI)
  • Multiband communication both internal and external
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant training and other compliance activities in order to support the delivery for sustainable and responsible growth
  • Acting in line with Kindred's values


About you


  • Experience and a certain knowledge and understanding of the local gambling market
  • Understanding and experience and/or interest in online gambling
  • Significant experience with a proven track-record of delivering tangible results
  • An internal drive to be a winner, motivating and inspiring people to be proud of their achievements and to deliver the best gambling experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a positive mindset and desire to solve problems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Capability to engage and motivate colleagues and team members
