We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager to join our Corporate Delivery team. As a Delivery Manager at Kindred, you will have direct relationships with people from different business areas all over the world. Our Corporate Business Delivery team is responsible for delivering critical changes required by the business areas Regulatory Compliance, Player Sustainability and Finance.

We are the bridge between these areas and the technical teams, and our role is to drive and own delivery. For this role, the areas are Regulatory Compliance and Player Sustainability. Our operations are designed to always meet the highest professional, compliance and ethical work standards, this is one of the requirements of the highly regulated industry in which we operate.


What you will do


  • The Delivery Manager function at Kindred has many similarities with a Project Manager role. However, the DM is slightly more hands on and can from time to time work more on execution and project delivery than a traditional PM. The Delivery Manager is closer to the stakeholders on the business representative side and dedicated to drive delivery directly related to their area.  
  • The successful candidate for this role will be expected to drive projects across the areas of regulatory compliance and player sustainability. This will require good knowledge around strongly regulated industries and understanding of data
  • Managing Regulatory Compliance and Player Sustainability initiatives (projects and work-packages) from start to end through full lifecycle including project conception, initiation, analysis, planning, execution, delivery and closure.     
  • Understand compliance and technology well enough to be an efficient bridge between the two.
  • Be close enough to the operational teams to act as a change manager with focus on securing business realization.
  • Risk analysing and project/resource planning.
  • Communicating efficiently and proactively with stakeholders on all levels.   
  • Report on progress to corporate stakeholders to ensure a clear communication and commitment to projects       
  • Coordinating with other delivery functions (BD and portfolio, EO) around resource need, dependencies and synergies.

  • Regular performance reviews with your line manager
  • Acting in line with Kindred Group values
  • Compliance with all relevant trainings and other activities related to the role


Your experience

  • Complete understanding of Project Management methodology. Preferably from being part of project management teams in the past and from education.
  • Knowledge and strong interest around the Regulatory Compliance and Player Sustainability areas.
  • Experience in working with Agile particularly Scrum/Kanban.
  • Understanding of how to drive projects where business value is delivered continuously.
  • Proven business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Use of Jira and Confluence is a nice to have but not essential.
  • Experience from the online gambling industry is considered a strong merit.
  • Preferably, degree level education, but more importantly a high value will be placed on candidates who can demonstrate an excellent track record of project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and ability to address representatives at all levels within the company.
  • Ability and desire to function as a both change manager and change agent when needed.
  • Agile mind-set and strong focus on quick deliveries
  • Must be very organised, structured, methodical and diligent
  • High energy level and strong desire to deliver
  • Can do personality with a hands-on approach
  • Good analytical skills, with capability of running workshops to develop requirements, user stories etc.
  • Enjoys working in a highly dynamic and international environment
  • Fluent verbal and written English is essential
  • Education / Qualifications/ Professional Certificates
  • Project Manager accreditation
