Conversion Optimisation Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Acquisition Optimisation team in the role of Conversion Optimisation manager. 
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background conversion optimisation through work experience. It is imperative that this person has a take-charge and can-do attitude, precise analytical skills, and a genuine desire to excel and exceed their goals.

As Conversion Optimisation manager you will be reporting to Head of Acquisition Optimisation. You will manage the acquisition conversion optimisation team and will manage the acquisition conversion optimisation strategy and testing backlog. 

Key accountabilities of this role are

  • Manage a team of conversion optimisation specialists and executives. 
  • Work with local teams to optimise the conversion rates and improve the new user experience.
  • Work closely with paid digital channels to support digital advertising strategy. 
  • Manage full suite of AB and MVT tests for acquisition and the join journey – collating requirements, prioritising and communicating results to the wider business teams.
  • Use data and testing to develop better experiences for new customers interacting with the website via multiple devices
  • Oversee the user journeys per channel and market- proactively and continuously identify where improvements can be made and follow these through to implementation.
  • Proactively improve the registration flow – analyse and act on inconsistent bounce rates related to the registration page and onsite acquisition pages
  • Perform market and competitive research

 

We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Circa two years of conversion rate optimisation experience ideally within gambling
  • A passion for testing, data and UX that can inspire colleagues, wider teams and the business as a whole as to the capabilities of testing and the decisions it can support.
  • Creative, innovative and willing to turn ideas into reality
  • Highly organised by nature and proficient in multi-tasking; you see pressure as a challenge and work through problems in a logical manner, breaking down the complex into the achievable
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools i.e. Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, CrazyEgg.
  • Team management experience is a plus but not a must.

Education / Qualifications / Professional Certificates
