Role description


Over the past 20 years or so, Kindred has combined 9 individual brands to form one of the World's largest online gaming businesses. As part of our Global Marketing Services (GMS) team, we've built an in-house brand and creative services agency to lead on the ideation and creation of our marketing activity. This is a permanent position for a conceptual focused creative reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director.  Working from our Wimbledon, SW London offices, you will be part of our concept creative team.


We're looking for a creative thinker with a proven ability to generate original ideas for above-the-line, below-the-line and social media campaigns to join our concept creative team. Ideally you would have a copy background but if you're a word savvy Art Director, that would work too. We need creative thinking and strong ideas that can work globally for our Sportsbook and casino brands, so experience in those areas would be an advantage.


You'll be working within a fast-paced environment as part of a dedicated, ambitious team driven by creative excellence.


Key accountabilities of this role are


  • Great ideas and stunning execution (Art/Copy) are your currency. They should be relevant, insight driven come in the form of inspired solutions to creative briefs.
  • You should inspire with brilliant presentations.
  • Your ideas should be articulated passionately, logically and clearly demonstrate an understanding of all relevant stakeholders and their expectations and requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great collaboration and stakeholder management are crucial.
  • Attention to detail and deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
