Casino Marketing Team Lead

 

 

The role

As the manager of the casino marketing team you will be tasked to deliver casino active customer and revenue goals by understanding the base, customer motivation, needs and insights to create a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize the product share.

 

What you will do

  • Define the vision and drive the development of global Casino marketing strategy
  • Act as a voice of the customer in the product planning process – work with the Casino product team and Play Gaming Experience owner to define and improve customer experience
  • Be a key stakeholder into the planning and execution of Casino exclusive game development from conceptual stages all the way to the product roll out and launch
  • Partner with Casino, CRM and local teams to create market and competitive analysis, customer segmentations, personas and trends on which to base decisions.
  • Leading and developing the Casino Marketing team across different geographical locations
  • Champion the Casino product within GMS and Commercial departments and deliver high quality Casino marketing training for key stakeholders
  • Lead Casino marketing team to produce positioning, messaging, visuals, and themes that differentiate our product
  • Spearhead product launches – manage positioning and plan the launch of new games, products, features and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Continuously collect and analyse data to understand the customer base, their profile and motivations within the Casino product and ensure it is communicated to all relevant stakeholders

Your experience

  • Capability to engage and motivate colleagues and team members
  • Experience in leading people and teams
  • Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimise
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Product Marketing role with keen interest in Casino product
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate
  • Strong communications and stakeholder management
  • Formal marketing qualification desirable
