The role

The Casino Content Manager – Product will be responsible for managing and executing our content release strategy for the Unibet brand in line with our company's overall strategy and goals. Working closely with our 3rd party suppliers, Marketing, CRM, and compliance teams, you will ensure that Kindred delivers the best casino experience to our players in line with our Product strategy.

What you will do

  •        Support the VP of Product in implementing the agreed Kindred Group strategy into key Casino actions and targets.  
  •        Work closely to implement best practices and integrate key casino product features and functionality
  •        Design and deliver internal training for our Customer Support team, local country teams, and Marketing on the Casino product, back-office systems, and procedures as it relates to content suppliers
  •        Create and manage 3rd party back-office logins for Kindred employees 
  •        Align with the Central Product Marketing team to communicate product marketing initiatives are considered by the local marketing teams for Casino Game promotions
  •        Work closely with the local Marketing team to align on promotional activity based on robust data analysis, expected performance, and commercial incentives for each regulated market.  
  •        Manage the release of all new casino games on our Content Management System
  •        Work with the BI and Data teams to analyze content performance to influence roadmap and content release strategy. 
  •        Work with internal and external teams to manage assets and thumbnails, tile creation etc. 
  •        Develop strong 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure we manage our Content roadmap (including supplier roadmap, live dates etc.) by attending and reviewing game demos and ensuring upcoming content is aligned with our long-term strategy. 
  •        Be the go-to content expert for North America - sharing defined game roadmaps with local teams and provide regular and ad hoc data analysis and presentations on content performance.  
  •        Provide ongoing training to the Customer Services team and Compliance team on new game releases 
  •        Interact with Customer Support and UX to better improve/understand/resolve UI pain points, action player feedback and requirements.  
  •        Keep up to date with relevant industry trends and conduct regular competitor/market analyses and share knowledge within the Gaming team and wider business to ensure that we deliver the best casino experience for players. 
  •        Test upcoming content releases to ensure it is compliant with local market regulations and free from any graphical and technical issues 
  •        Support the wider Casino team to review potential new suppliers and help test new supplier integrations and content including new state launches in North America
  •        Work closely with our Finance team to ensure invoices are processed in line with budget forecasts, new suppliers are set up correctly, etc. 
  •        Be the main point of contact for 3rd party suppliers when operational issues arise and create and manage Jira tickets with external suppliers 
  •        Support the team with the onboarding of new suppliers and share best practices and procedures with them  
  •        Support the VP of Product and the wider Gaming and Casino team with ad hoc projects as required  

What you will have

  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging creative thinking to conceptualize and craft an immersive mobile-centric product
  • Proven proficiency in project management, process optimization, and effective time management.
  • Adept at utilizing robust reporting and data analysis skills to discern pivotal insights, identify value creation opportunities, and drive process or performance enhancements.
  • Proficient in utilizing reporting and visualization tools to present data-driven findings and facilitate informed decision making.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and suppliers within the Real Money Gaming industry.
  • Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) working with Casino slot games and table games.
  • Exceptional team management abilities, fostering collaboration and maximizing individual and collective performance.
