The role

You will be responsible for the 'right first time' execution of campaigns through multiple channels and integrating locally-appropriate bonuses, which support the overall Kindred customer communication strategy

 

What you will do

  • Plan and lead the execution of campaigns (with and without bonuses), executed as per best practice applications and liaise with stakeholders throughout the process
  • Campaign managers are allocated to markets but not dedicated, so will work on campaigns for all markets as required by our resource planning
  • Responsible for the quality and compliance of all campaigns set up
  • Help to deliver consistency between outbound communication channels and onsite assets
  • Ensure that the testing process is robust and that all campaigns are comprehensively tested before roll-out
  • Ensure that customer service is informed of all campaigns being operationalized and investigate any campaign-related issues raised
  • Contribute and share knowledge within the team and company through training sessions and meetings
  • Build and sustain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Complete ad-hoc manual tasks as required
  • Build all campaign communications including, email, SMS, push, onsite messages pertaining to assigned campaigns

 

Your experience

  • Knowledge of the markets(s) being supporting, including locally-relevant compliance needs
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good understanding of implement, driving and managing complex multi-channel and onsite campaigns
  • Good understanding of the marketing technologies and a keen interest in the emergent technologies
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate
  • Understanding of Kindred Groups brands and product portfolio
  • Educated to degree level, marketing qualification would be preferred
  • Experience within the online gaming sector and strong interest in its product offering is desirable
  • Strong communication skill, with an ability to communication with the senior leadership team
