Brand Manager

The role


Over the past 20+, Kindred has brought together 11 brands,which together, form one of the World's largest online gaming groups. We serve 26m customers across 15 markets.  As Brand Manager, you'll support the Head of Brand Management in driving our vision ‘to be the strategic brand partner of choice for the Kindred Group' ​


You'll lead the development, alignment and execution of the brand positioning, strategy and delivery for the assigned brands across customer touch points.


What you will do


Brand positioning & Strategy​


  • Responsible for setting the central brand positioning for Kindred's commercial brands​
  • Work in partnership with Local Markets to ensure their campaign and marketing activity is aligned to the central brand positioning and delivers the brand promise in a motivating, relevant and credible way. ​
  • Develop brand-led global creative concepts for all major events and cross-market/brand initiatives. ​
  • Responsible for developing global & local market brand strategies. ​
  • Identifying proactive opportunities where we can add value to local markets and central teams in order to achieve sustainable brand growth.​
  • Driving the multi-brand strategic objective and ensuring the business have the right tools to deliver on multi-brand in an effective manner. ​
  • Working with local teams to deliver a Multi-brand portfolio and Strategy overview, an instrumental tool for stakeholders supporting the brands and markets.​

Driving engagement & Brand consistency

  • Be the go-to person on all things related to the assigned brand(s). From the importance of consistency, logo usage and creating the best brand experience for the customer. ​
  • Responsible for brand engagement, educating and inspire colleagues to make sure that they truly understand the brands. ​
  • Ownership of all centrally produced brand assets including brand books, visual identity, tone of voice, and sound assets.​
  • Championing our brands within the Kindred group through Case studies, presentations, Jive posts etc.​

Building relationships​


  • Building trust with local marketing teams through great, relevant work and good relationships​
  • Good stakeholder management ​


Your experience


  • Proven track record of successfully managing global brands in a multi-brand organisation.​
  • At least 4 years' experience within Brand Marketing.​
  • A thorough knowledge of brand architecture and the role it plays in executing brand strategy.​
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of brand positioning and strategy and experience of developing these in a multi-brand global business. ​
  • The ability to create specific, meaningful, achievable, realistic and timely marketing objectives.​
  • A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.​
  • Strong experience in creative/production processes, strategic brief creation, design and implementation, research and development.​
  • Strategic approach to creative briefs coupled with great communication and presentation skills.​
  • Strong drive, ambition and ability to keep focused on the big picture, a positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair.​
  • Good strategic thinker with desire to create an impact.​
  • Strong decision-making ability, both in tactical and strategic situations.​
  • Strong project management skills.​
  • Good Analytical skills and attention to detail.​
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.​
  • Good collaborator with strong negotiation skills.
