Bingo Operations Coordinator

 

 

The role

An opportunity has come up to join the Bingo team as Operations Coordinator. We are looking for an experienced customer centric expert to ensure the smooth operation and continued growth of our Bingo product.

Working as part of a small, but dynamic team, the successful candidate will play a lead role in managing and improving operational efficiency across multiple brands and markets; providing training and support to internal stakeholders like customer service and product marketing teams and 3rd party liaison for issues.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of online gaming and a genuine desire to challenge, grow and improve upon it. The candidate should be comfortable in assuming ownership of the day to day operational tasks, actively find ways to improve the Bingo product, processes and service with special focus on the user experience as part of all projects.

 

What you will do

 

  • Key operational contact for customer support and software provider 
  • Train and assist the internal stakeholders in using the various product features, games, promotions and tools
  • Work proactively to help ensure accurate and prompt resolution of Customer Service contacts with the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction
  • Resolve escalated customer queries as well as managing all site incidents recommending improvement procedures where necessary to achieve the next level of performance
  • Continuously monitor and report on customer contact reasons; identify customer problem root causes, high volume contacts and trends and implement solutions to drive down contacts and improve CSAT
  • Convert customer feedback into actionable data, providing performance- and customer focused recommendations and insights to feed into all areas of the product
  • Challenge the processes you own or others that you use regularly, to ensure they are efficient and scalable
  • Liaise with Bingo Marketing Strategy and 3rd party provider, providing full operational readiness for marketing campaigns; player rewards, tournament scheduling and banner handling
  • Support the planning, testing, execution and evaluation of bingo projects, game and product implementations

  • Ability to take on responsibility and manage deadlines successfully
  • Committed to providing world class experience and service to customers
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, team player and results-oriented
  • Interest in Bingo as a game and as a business
  • A minimum of at least one year's experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good IT-skills and technical understanding
