We are looking for an Analytics Manager to join Kindred Group's Commercial Analytics team. What started as Unibet in 1997, is today Kindred Group, one of Europe's fastest growing online gambling companies with more than 1,700 employees across 14 markets which in turn, serves 26 million customers.  


As CRM Analytics Manager, you will manage a team of 4 data analysts, providing insight into effectiveness of communication and bonuses, developing insight-led CRM segmentation and contact strategies.

What you'll do: 

  • Manage a team of data analysts, providing coaching and technical expertise. 
  • Establish effective ways of working and best practices to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Build, manage and deliver a roadmap of analytics projects that generates measurable business value. 
  • Partner with CRM director to improve the effectiveness of CRM across brands and markets by establishing an insight-led culture. 

What you'll need: 

  • Experience in managing and developing a team of analysts with good portfolio of technical and managerial skills. 
  • Experience with advanced analytical techniques and technologies and understanding of their business applications. 
  • Experience using SQL. Experience using statistical packages (e.g. R, SAS, Python) also desirable.  
  • Experience working in a commercial environment, experience working with CRM teams is desirable. 
  • Strong consultancy skills with proven ability to deliver projects that generate measurable added value to the business. 
  • To be a strategic thinker, creative in your approach.
