Data and analytics insight is at the heart of everything what we do at Kindred. Data collection is therefore a fundamental part of all our analytics projects. We are looking for someone who could join us and take the ownership of digital tracking and analytics tools implementation. 
Analytics Tech Specialist role sits within an already established and mature Digital Analytics Team. This is a great place if you wanted to step up your career and work with friendly senior team members offering you their vast experience and modern digital analytics knowledge. 
The analytics projects you would be involved in range from Adobe Analytics implementations, product measurement and optimisation, marketing tech implementations to relevance and personalisation projects collaborating with Product, Dev and Data Science Teams. 

What will you be doing? 

  • Manage data collection setup 
  • Creatively solve tracking challenges collaborating closely with developers to improve tracking 
  • Work with QA team to build analytics testing automation 
  • Monitor and optimise page load performance impact of tracking 
  • Work closely with Analysts to identify analytics opportunities and help them to deliver insights 


How will you be measured?

  • Ability to get tasks completed on time and taking responsibility for their work and the deliveries of their team 
  • Ability to integrate well with team and working well within the team and across the teams and organisation 
  • Attention to details
  • New ideas and initiatives are desirable 


What have you done?

  • Working with any tag management systems such as Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager 
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Programming in JavaScript with ambitions to learn it further
  • Able to communicate complex technical problems clearly
  • Record of implementing best practice tagging solution across all platforms: web, native apps and single page applications
