The role

As the Group is growing, we are expanding our tax team and are looking for an ambitious and experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our International Tax department. Reporting to the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will be part of some of the most exciting and challenging work through the complete Transfer Pricing ('TP') life cycle in a dynamic, diverse and friendly environment.

The role involves:

  • Supporting the Head of Transfer Pricing in specific TP and international tax projects
  • Coordinating and reviewing the existing Group transfer pricing policies for the Group
  • Working with external advisors for the preparation of the relevant TP documentation and ensuring robust and up-to-date Transfer Pricing compliance for the Group
  • Engage cross-function with internal stakeholders across the Group to gather the relevant information required for Transfer Pricing compliance purposes
  • Streamlining the compliance process for the completion of the master file and local files and preparation and review of Country by country reporting and overseas notifications
  • Monitoring OECD and local country developments for new compliance requirements (including digitalisation of the economy)
  • Support the monitoring and review of the operational transfer pricing calculations to ensure alignment with the arm's length principle
  • Working independently on projects that may involve significant transfer pricing impacts
  • Building relationships both internally and externally with tax advisors or relevant stakeholders
  • Working on broader tax projects and liaise with the international tax team as appropriate.


Requirements

  • Be qualified (ATT / ACA / CA / CTA or international equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in international tax and Transfer Pricing, preferably in Big4 or mid-tier firms, and preferably with exposure to tax disputes
  • In-house experience in large listed companies within the gaming or tech industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting and economic concepts
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and independent
  • Able to exhibit natural leadership skills and partner well with people at all levels
  • Excellent knowledge of excel is a requirement; knowledge of other analytical tools and experience with tax technology is a plus
