What you will do

 

•Facilitate the end-to-end process of discovering, evaluating, and onboarding new third-party software and services by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to assess technical, compliance, and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to efficiency and compliance standards.

•Serve as the SME in assessing the technical aspects of third-party systems, focusing on compatibility with existing infrastructure, data security, performance, scalability, and other critical factors to minimize potential risks.

 

•Ensure effective license management of core systems, optimizing costs while maintaining compliance with licensing agreements.

•Proactively identify and mitigate compliance and technical risks associated with the implementation of new systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

•Lead initiatives to develop and improve current practices and working processes, with a focus on driving efficiency and incorporating automation wherever possible.

•Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, ensuring clear communication and a strong commitment to meeting delivery timelines.

•Seek and engage in coaching and mentorship opportunities, fostering professional growth and development within the team.

•Be an ambassador for the Kindred values by embodying it in all your work

Regular performance reviews with your line manager
Acting in line with Kindred Group values
Compliance with all relevant trainings and other activities related to the role

 

Your experience

  • Proven experience in integration of third party systems

  • Experience in COBIT or similar frameworks

  • Good understanding of Technical organisational structures and ways of working including CI/CD,  development processes and Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge or experience within the acquisition or implementation of SaaS & On-premise solutions.

  • A strategic thinker with strong technical background and leadership skills.

  • Drive, can-do attitude and a “get stuff done” kind of person.

  • Great stakeholder communication and presentation skills – able to coordinate and negotiate so all parties feel a fair division

  • Effectively able to translate business requirements for technical teams, and explain complex technical issues to key business stakeholders.

  • Experience in driving project, excellent attention to detail and good business acumen.
