The Role

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with a solid background in .Net technologies, this team is within our Feeds domain which is unique in that it receives data from several external suppliers. The data is rich and heterogeneous. A Test Engineer can significantly help to cover the many edge cases involved. This will significantly reduce the chance of regressions in production.

You will work with existing software developers to identify and improve test coverage and improve quality by building end-to-end testing suites, you'll get your hands dirty and help triage production issues, with support teams and to identify where additional test coverage will provide good business value.

Essential Skills and Experience

Strong .NET core (or other OO related language), Git, Docker
Testing of Event Sourced microservice systems
Testing of APIs microservice systems
Solid background of building automated maintainable and scalable end-to-end (E2E), integration, and component-level tests
Experience in mocking and simulating external dependencies.
Load/Performance testing experience and reporting/analysis.
Evangelise strong TDD behaviours across the team.
CI/CD integration
Excellent communication skills to liaise with downstream teams and business stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

Sports Gambling Experience or High Frequency Trading
Cloud experience (AWS/ Azure)
Kubernetes
