The Role:

We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer with strong Java experience to build and maintain automated
testing frameworks, ensure quality across APIs and services, and actively contribute to our agile team culture.
This role is perfect for someone who values collaboration, continuous learning, and technical ownership.
Team Mission: The Responsible Gambling team is dedicated to ensuring safe and responsible gaming practices
for our customers, protecting players while delivering a trusted and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks (TestNG, RestTemplate, RestAssured).
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across services and components.
• Implement and maintain API testing suites and integrate with tools like RestAssured or Postman.
• Own test execution within CI/CD pipelines (Git workflows, branching, PR checks).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testable requirements and quality gates.
• Monitor test results, triage failures, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to test strategy, coverage metrics, and continuous quality improvements.
• Perform testing relevant to your role, sometimes under support.
• Understand different test approaches and when to use each.
• Learn and apply best practices for good quality testing.

Technical Skills:


Must-have: Java for test automation, TestNG, RestTemplate, RestAssured, functional/regression/integration
testing, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
Nice-to-have: Spring Framework, performance/load testing (Gatling, k6), Docker/Kubernetes, contract testing
(Pact).
