About the job 

We are looking for a software tester who will be embedded within one of our cross-functional software teams. This person will be responsible for doing the teams functional testing and building out their automated framework and test cases from scratch in order to support the build of new products on a rapidly growing betting platform. This is a permanent career opportunity with hybrid working available. 

 

PLEASE NOTE TESTING OF SKILLSET WILL BE PART OF THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. 

 

About the Job  

  • Write, review and execute comprehensive test cases, test data and test plans against defined Test Strategies.
  • Evolve formal QA processes, ensuring continued use of industry-accepted best practices.
  • Interact with product management, development and delivery teams to ensure appropriate automated tests are delivered with every feature.
  • Interact with client delivery teams, acting as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases.
  • Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases.
  • Lead by example in all areas of software testing.
  • Work alongside business analysts, development teams and senior management to ensure all key deliverable requirements are met.
  • Analyse test results and document, track and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Participate in story estimation for test specifications and execution for all work streams.


 

About You

What you Need

  • 3+ years in testing including cross browser/device
  • Strong proficiency in feature testing as well as knowledge of Playwright (preferred) or Selenium/.Net for automated tests
  • Experience with automations testing tools and JIRA
  • Experience working with browser DevTools
  • Good knowledge of common web and application architectures and development methodologies including Agile
  • Experience working with Bitbucket / Git code repositories
