Talent Acquisition Partner – Australia

The role

We are on a mission to transform gambling and we need the best talent to join us. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values.

You will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process.

What you will do

  • Recruit diverse talent for various roles across Kindred's global offices
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the global people team on talent acquisition activities
  • Work with the People Experience team and aim to improve and scale our recruiting processes
  • Implement talent marketing trends and work across employer branding to design campaigns and events to attract top talent
  • Analyse metrics to understand hiring patterns and measure the effectiveness of all attraction tools such as job boards and social media
  • Assist hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality and timely selection decisions
  • Provide hiring training to internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff members
  • Lead and contribute to internal People and TA projects locally and globally
  • Develop and sustain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the recruitment process
  • Align with the team's strategy and goals to enhance performance and outcomes

 

 Your experience

 

  • Have relevant experience within a talent acquisition team, ideally supporting an international and fast paced organisation.
  • Broad understanding of how technology and automation can improve recruitment processes with a willingness to strive for improvement
  • Self-driven and quality oriented
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual teams needs and the technical specifics of each role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English language
  • Ability to use and understand the potential of social media and sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow)
  • Understand the importance of candidates' cultural fit on top of role fit and use that as a base for your work
  • Be proactive, determined and confident in dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes in a fast-paced, flexible, team-oriented environment
