Talent Acquisition Partner – Australia
The role
We are on a mission to transform gambling and we need the best talent to join us. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will not only recruit amazing people, but also support the business growth and uphold our values.
You will work with a TA Lead and manage the whole recruitment cycle (planning, marketing, selection and interviewing) for a variety of roles across different functions and locations. You will collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams and constantly improve our talent attraction strategies to ensure that we provide a fast, friendly and equitable recruitment process.

Your experience
Relevant experience working within a talent acquisition team, ideally in an international, fast-paced organisation
Solid understanding of how technology and automation can enhance recruitment processes, with a strong drive for continuous improvement
Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work
Skilled at building strong relationships with hiring managers, with an ability to understand the unique needs of their teams and the technical requirements of each role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
Confident in using and leveraging social media and sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow)
Understands the importance of cultural fit as well as role fit and applies this to all hiring decisions
Proactive, determined, and confident when engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment
