The Role 

We are seeking a Sportsbook Supply & Offering Executive to oversee the operational and financial performance of FDJ UNITED's Sportsbook supplier network. 
 
In this role, you'll manage supplier reporting processes, track usage and performance across key vendors, and play a central part in shaping our streaming content strategy to maximise commercial value and ensure contractual compliance. 
 
This is a highly collaborative role that requires a blend of analytical capability, commercial understanding, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Finance, Trading, Procurement, and Product teams to optimise supplier performance, evaluate proposals, and inform future investment decisions. 

 

What You Will Do 

Supplier Performance & Reporting 

  • Manage the monthly Sportsbook supplier reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Lead initiatives to automate Sportsbook and Racing supplier reporting, streamlining processes and improving data visibility.
    • Regularly track Data, Odds, and Streaming usage volumes across suppliers to ensure alignment with budgetary and contractual commitments. 

Streaming Content Strategy 

  • Devise and own the streaming content booking strategy, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and revenue performance.
    • Manage daily streaming content selections, balancing commercialopportunity with operational and compliance requirements. 
    • Monitor and analyse streaming revenue performance, adjusting strategy to maximise financial returns. 

Commercial Evaluation & Financial Insight 

  • Evaluate the financial performance of third-party services, providing insights to support future Sportsbook investment decisions.
    • Support the assessment of supplier commercial proposals for new products and renewals, benchmarking against historical performance and business needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Supplier Engagement 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including Finance, Trading, and Procurement — to ensure supplier activities support broader business goals.
    • Engage in supplier negotiations, providing analytical and commercial support to secureoptimal outcomes for FDJ UNITED. 

 

Your Experience 

Essential Skills 

  • Proven experience in Sportsbook operations, supplier management, or commercial analytics within the betting or gaming industry.
    • Strong data analysis and financial reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple supplier relationships and monitoring contractual performance. 
    • Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms). 

Preferred Experience 

  • Understanding of the annual sporting calendar, withan emphasis on highly popular betting events. 
    • Familiarity with Sportsbook data feeds, odds management, and supplier cost structures. 
    • Exposure to budget management, contract negotiation, and commercial forecasting. 

Soft Skills 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
    • A strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with long-term commercial objectives. 
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
