The Role
As the Sportsbook Data and Reporting Manager, you take responsibility for our reporting requirements covering a vast stream of different types of insight. You are an expert and are passionate about translating insights into real business actions. With the development of our new Sportsbook platform, you will be in charge of defining the reporting vision and priorities of the streams servicing Sportsbook which includes BI Engineering, customer analytics, web clicks, surveys and interviews. You and the Product team will be using the insight to update the business and to craft product requirements and improvements.

 

What you will do

  • You are responsible for Sportsbook data and reporting. This encompasses a 360 perspective on all matters linked to Sportsbook data and reporting.​
  • Develop the vision and set the priorities for the data and reporting roadmaps with our data teams such as with BI Engineering and Analytics.
  • Work with new reporting innovations such as AI (AWS Q, Co-Pilot) and be a pioneer in championing such new ways of working.
  • Create and develop a setup for reporting Automation, together with Engineering and Analytics. Make data even more accessible.
  • Set up the Feed Insight stream together with our engineering team.
  • Proactively share knowledge and educate the wider organisation on Sportsbook data using a variety of resources e.g insightful presentations, Konnect content, training sessions etc.
  • Produce compelling insights and presentations regarding Sportsbook data that drive evidence-based decision-making, improve customer experience and optimise operational efficiency.
  • Proactively participate in crafting product requirements via supplying insights and conclusions.
  • Build close relationships with Data Science to maximise opportunities that could benefit reporting and insight creation.​

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of building great relationships with stakeholders.

 

*We offer 28 days of remote working from a list of countries – doesn't include Spain, for Spanish residents - and follow a hybrid working model – working from home for Spanish residents is 1 day / week; for Gibraltar residents is 2 days / week.
