The Role

As a Software Engineer at FDJ UNITED, you are a team player contributing to deliveries. Key to this role is learning continuously in practice, particularly from more senior colleagues.

What You will do

Follows best practice guidelines provided and Tech process.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for both UI testing and API testing.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with developers, POs, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Releases components to production and keeping them up to date with appropriate versioning.
Actively participate in team discussions, contributing insights, and collaborating to resolve challenges.
Troubleshoot test failures, analyze root causes, and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and practices to bring new insights to the team.
Continuously evaluate and improve test processes to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Your Experience

Some knowledge in Java, JavaScript or typescript
Practical experience with Cypress or similar framework: Playwright, WebDriver etc.
Solid understanding of software testing principles and quality practices.
Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
Proven track record of creating and maintaining automated test frameworks
Experience with API test automation
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
