Android Development & Delivery

  • Build and maintain Android features using Kotlin and modern Android tools.
  • Contribute to UI development using Jetpack Compose, with guidance from more experienced engineers.

  • Implement features following established architectural patterns (e.g. MVVM, Clean Architecture).

  • Collaborate with senior engineers on shared modules and cross-brand components.

Ownership with Support

  • Take ownership of tasks and features from development through testing and release, with support from the team.
  • Participate in debugging, fixing bugs, and improving performance and stability.

  • Learn how to monitor and iterate on features after release.

Core Technical Skills

  • Experience building Android applications using Kotlin (commercial experience or strong personal projects).

  • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose or a strong interest in learning it.

  • Understanding of common Android architectural patterns such as MVVM.

  • Basic experience writing unit tests and/or UI tests (or strong motivation to improve in this area).

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and handling data from backend services.

  • Experience using Git and basic CI tools (or willingness to learn).

Professional Skills & Mindset

  • Curious and motivated to grow as an Android engineer.
  • Comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback.

  • Able to communicate clearly within the team.

  • Values clean code, maintainability, and good engineering practices.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a product-focused environment.
