  • Your role will involve finding and engaging with our target audience, acting as their champion by conducting research and guiding our product design to deliver pioneering solutions that effectively address their needs.
  • You will synthesise data from sources around Kindred and work closely with other insights teams to help teams develop insights.
  • Your analysis will shape products used by a global customer base.
  • You will advocate inclusive approaches within user research.
  • As a Senior Researcher you will demonstrate the ability to mentor and train other researchers or designers in the practice of user research.

Your experience

  • Proven extensive experience conducting user research throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centred design processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to use storytelling to effectively convey complex research findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with driving UX research initiatives within an agile product development environment.
