About the Role

As a Senior Tech GRC Specialist, you will be part of the Tech GRC team, working closely with Governance, Risk and Compliance while supporting key technical deliveries for the global tech platform.

The role operates at a strategic level, ensuring that the Tech organization complies with applicable rules and regulations and effectively manages business risks across multiple jurisdictions.

You will act as a key bridge between regulatory requirements and modern technical ways of working, helping the organization balance compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated gambling environment at FDJ United.

 

Roles & Responsibilities / Requirements

  • Support the Tech org to develop & implement proper compliance controls
  • Process ownership for the processes owned by the Tech GRC team such as the change- and configuration management processes
  • Analyze technical requirements for different jurisdictions and be able to understand how they affect the technical organization
  • Drive certification and homologation projects, including building strategies for efficient ways for working with auditors and tech teams
  • Supervise / manage the Tech parts of regulatory & statutory audits, i.e. report and follow up on findings, keep up to date
  • Ensure compliance to tech processes across the organization and that this is evidenced for audit purposes
  • Risk management on all levels of the Tech organization, such as organizational, process, and product level, identifying business risks and providing preventive solutions to management
  • Help build a constructive organizational culture focusing on risk awareness
  • Embrace, support, and drive change and continuous improvement
  • Take inspiration from modern ways of working such as DevOps and Continuous Delivery and adapt them to a gambling context with regulations from multiple jurisdictions and standards
  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.

 

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Proven records of driving improvements and challenging status quo
  • Understanding of technical organizational structures and ways of working, including development processes and Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance in the gambling business is a plus
  • Excellent social skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to drive and coordinate multiple projects using a business mindset, always driving for value for our organization.
  • Strong leadership skills
