The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our platforms and internal tools. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, effective, and scalable user experiences that solve complex business problems. From refining design systems to optimizing key user journeys, you'll play a key role in ensuring design excellence across our core products.

What You'll Do:

Lead design projects across the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, prototype ideas, and deliver polished solutions.
Contribute to and help evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
Use research, data, and user insights to inform design decisions.
Partner with other designers to share feedback, refine processes, and elevate design quality across the team.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in end-to-end product design, ideally with platforms or internal tools.
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and familiarity with design systems.
Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, elegant user experiences.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
A thoughtful, system-oriented approach to design challenges.
