Job Description:

Nice to Have Skills:

Infrastructure Technologies: Couchbase, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Solace, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Platform Expertise: Kubernetes (K8s), Istio, AWS, OpenStack.
Source Control: Experience with any Git-based tools.
Deployment Tools: Jenkins.
CI/CD Tools: TeamCity, Bitbucket.
Domain Experience: Exposure to the gaming industry is a plus (not mandatory).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, quick learner, and capable of working independently.

Key Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter (essential), Neoload, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.
Hands-on expertise in analyzing performance metrics including throughput, latency, memory, CPU, disk, and network, with the ability to identify and debug bottlenecks.
Skilled in designing and executing benchmark tests, and modeling system behavior under various load conditions.
Experience in creating and managing Load, Stress, Endurance, and Spike testing scenarios.
Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Elastic APM, Instana, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Datadog (at least one preferred).
Ability to collaborate and coordinate directly with engineering teams.
Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices.
Support and enhance Continuous Integration (CI) through automation.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, levels, types, and processes, and their role in the software development lifecycle.
