This role is a fixed term contract 12 month

The role

Senior People System Analyst to be responsible for configuration design and development of Workday HCM in partnership with the rest of the People Systems team. Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing time, prioritizing assignments and working within deadlines. Support various implementation and improvement projects across modules and globe.

 

What you will do

  • Security – Leads on security administration including maintaining data integrity and regularly analysing and auditing data.
  • Integrations – Function as an expert on all enhancements of integrations for all systems that integrate with Workday including expertise in calculated fields, core connectors, EIBs and payroll integration management.
  • Business Processes – Good working knowledge of business processes and how it works with the system architecture around security, integrations and reporting.
  • Project Management – Act as a project manager for all assigned projects including creating and maintaining project plans and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Enhancements and Releases – Responsible for rollout of bi-annual Workday releases including the review, testing, implementation, training and communication.
  • Data upload and integrity – Perform data uploads into Workday (EIB). Regularly performs systems audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity.
  • Organization Management - Responsible for organization structure management; supporting the business with the set-up, change and removal of locations, company, pay groups, business units, cost center and custom objects etc.
  • Tenant management - Responsible for tenant management within Workday: new tenants, renewals, implementors access, ensuring we have the right tenant set up for projects, managing any systems blackout / downtime.
  • Support knowledge transfer and deliver training sessions for roll out of new functionality covering all guides and documentation.
  • Work with Head of People Systems to support the coordination and drive automation of People Systems and process improvement and identify areas of improvement to ensure we are using the system effectively and suggest further system changes and enhancements as appropriate.
  • Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role & complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.

Your experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience including implementation and configuration.
  • Expertise with calculated fields, EIBs and PECI (payroll) integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence and Time Tracking
  • An inquisitive and challenging mind with an interest in questioning and improving the “as-is”
  • Ability to work under pressure and must have an understanding of People functions.
