About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Paid  Social Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of Paid Social campaigns across multiple brands and markets. This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns from scratch, a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, and the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop, execute, and optimise Paid Social advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, X, Snapchat, and others.
    • Deliver high-performing campaigns aligned with acquisition, retention, and branding goals across assigned markets and brands.
  • Strategy & Collaboration:
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align campaigns with overarching business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Social Media Content team to drive impactful and engaging content strategies.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Work with analytics and tracking teams to enhance reporting tools and ensure robust campaign performance analysis.
    • Present insights, a/b testing outcomes, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders regularly.
  • Competitor Insights & Industry Trends:
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new advertising developments to identify growth opportunities.
    • Actively propose innovative strategies to navigate legislative and market challenges.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the broader Biddable Media team to ensure cohesive customer journey strategies across all channels.

Key Requirements

  • Experience & Expertise:
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Paid Social campaign creation and management, either in an agency or client-side role.
    • Proven ability to manage campaigns independently, optimise performance, and achieve measurable results.
    • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and proactive account strategy development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc.), tracking tools, and reporting systems (MMPs, PowerBi).
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Degree-level education preferred.
    • Previous experience in gaming or knowledge of sports is advantageous but not essential.
    • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • A results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends.
