About Us

At Kindred, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of information security. The Information Security team at Kindred is a part of the wider Security department comprising of an expert team of security officers, analyst, and specialists. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Security Specialist with a core focus on PCI-DSS to join our dynamic team.

 

As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information assets. One of your core responsibilities will be to ensure organisational compliance with PCI-DSS standards and to implement robust security measures to protect payment card data. You will work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate security risks, develop, and enforce security policies, and conduct regular security assessments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the latest PCI-DSS standard and other relevant regulations.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security controls and best practices.

  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on information security and PCI-DSS compliance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.

 

Your challenge will be to understand the information security risks we face as an organisation and most importantly, how to manage and mitigate them. 

 

This is you

  • Proven experience in information security, with a strong focus on PCI-DSS compliance.

  • In-depth knowledge of PCI-DSS standards and requirements.

  • Experience with ISO-27001/2

  • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PCI-ISA/QSA are a plus
