The role

As a member of the Product Analytics team, you'll play a crucial role in evolving our award-winning products as we differentiate ourselves from the competition through our commitment to experimentation and personalisation. By combining data from every customer interaction across our brands and employing cutting-edge analytics tools, enables Analytics to create a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences leading to customised experiences, ensuring each customer feels uniquely valued. What you will do

  • Work closely with the Product teams providing insight and improvements across our existing and in development platforms, supporting the creation of a personalised user experience.
  • Work with developers to carry out and measure onsite A/B tests for a smoother online customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Data Engineering team to create and improve data models to ensure consistent, accurate and efficient production of analysis.
  • Use data across our entire data warehouse, covering transactional, clickstream, CRM, account management, demographic, customer support and survey responses.
  • Create customer cohorts and segments to better understand how our customers enjoy our products through statistical analysis providing confidence that decisions are based on data driven evidence.
  • Become a domain expert in our product data, driving additional value and becoming a point of contact for others across the team.

 

Your experience

  • Practical experience using SQL and manipulating large volumes of data, with Kindred happy to support in developing your passion to learn coding languages and visualization tools.
  • Comfortable working closely with other members of analytics and stakeholders to capture requirements but also challenge and shape requests.
  • Experience creating presentation packs and making complex methodologies easy to understand through effective visualization and summary tables.
  • Inquisitive mindset to want to go beyond stakeholder questions and see where the data can lead you.
  • Being able to spot opportunities in the data and recommend models or processes for more efficient ways of working.
