The Role

We are seeking a delivery-focused RG & AML Project Manager to support the coordinated rollout of Responsible Gaming (RG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) capabilities across multiple regulated markets.

This is a fixed-term role until end-2028, created to support a group-wide, multi-year programme delivering RG and AML models, tools, and operational capabilities at scale.

You will act as the central execution and coordination point, ensuring that agreed product and regulatory decisions translate into timely, market-ready delivery. The role is focused on governance, delivery control, and cross-functional alignment rather than product strategy or regulatory interpretation.

You will succeed in this role if you are comfortable operating in compliance-driven environments, managing multiple parallel deliveries, and bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Delivery Management

  • Own day-to-day delivery of RG and AML initiatives across multiple markets and rollout phases.

  • Translate approved plans into executable delivery milestones, dependencies, and timelines.

  • Coordinate multiple parallel market deliveries while maintaining business-as-usual stability.

  • Track progress against agreed milestones, regulatory deadlines, and go-live acceptance criteria.

  • Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, sequencing, and priorities.

Governance, Visibility & Control

  • Establish and maintain programme-level governance artefacts, including:

    • Delivery status dashboards and milestone tracking

    • Decision, risk, and dependency logs with named owners

    • Clear escalation paths and documented decision timeframes

  • Drive regular delivery and steering forums focused on decision-making, risk resolution, and unblocking execution.

  • Ensure key assumptions, decisions, risks, and trade-offs are clearly documented and auditable.

  • Enforce fallback decision ownership to prevent delivery stalling.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary coordination point between Product, Compliance, RG, AML, Engineering, Data, Operations, CX, Commercial teams, and external partners.

  • Ensure operational readiness activities, including training, process updates, and tooling alignment, are planned and completed ahead of each rollout.

  • Support Product Managers by owning delivery mechanics, allowing them to focus on product direction and regulatory interpretation.

  • Proactively identify and manage capacity constraints, sequencing conflicts, and cross-team dependencies.

Risk, Dependency & Readiness Management

  • Identify delivery, regulatory, operational, and resourcing risks early and drive mitigation actions.

  • Track readiness preconditions across markets, including:

    • Market ownership and escalation coverage

    • Data, access, and technical readiness

    • Configuration and dependency alignment across RG and AML tools

  • Ensure legacy solutions are handled in a controlled manner, including parallel runs, transition planning, or decommissioning where required.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Maintain clear, fact-based communication with senior stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and trade-offs.

  • Prepare and support market-level and group-level delivery kick-offs.

  • Ensure consistent understanding of priorities, timelines, and expectations across all delivery teams.

  • Act as a neutral facilitator when priorities conflict, escalating with evidence and impact assessments rather than opinion.

Compliance obligations

  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.

  • Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.

  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.

  • Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.

  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in Project or Programme Management within regulated industries such as gaming, fintech, payments, or financial services.

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-market programmes with regulatory or operational impact.

  • Strong governance experience, including steering forums, escalation frameworks, and structured decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without loss of delivery control.

  • Experience coordinating with third-party platforms or compliance systems in a delivery capacity.

Strong Plus

  • Experience supporting RG, AML, or broader regulatory initiatives.

  • Familiarity with RG and AML detection models, alerts, or compliance-driven operational workflows.

  • Experience supporting product-led delivery without owning product decisions.

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving regulatory and commercial priorities.
