The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and compliance-focused RG & AML Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Responsible Gaming (RG) and Anti[1]Money Laundering (AML) products, covering both Crucial Player Protection (CPP) models and customer protection tools & limits.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of compliance, operations, engineering, and customer experience. You'll balance regulatory obligations with player protection and commercial realities, driving solutions that safeguard players while supporting sustainable growth.
You will thrive in this role if you can operate in a fast-moving, multi-market environment, delivering quick wins to meet regulatory needs while shaping the long-term roadmap for compliance innovation and customer well-being.
