The role 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Retention Bonus Campaign Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the flawless bonus creation across campaigns and initiatives, tailored to specific markets and supporting the overall customer strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement best practices, and maintain quality and compliance throughout customer communications. You will also play a pivotal role in proactively addressing potential issues as well as investigating and resolving any CRM incidents raised. 

 

What you will do 

·      Leading the execution of bonus campaigns, following best practice guidelines, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project. 

·      Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on bonuses for different markets based on specific requirements. 

·      Ensuring the quality and compliance of all bonuses and bonus campaign setups, while maintaining consistency across bonus text and terms and conditions. 

·      Conducting thorough testing processes to ensure comprehensive testing of all bonuses before rollout. 

·      Informing customer service about operationalized bonus campaigns and promptly investigating and resolving any campaign-related issues raised. 

·      Provide out of hours support over weekends and significant marketing initiatives such as Christmas or World cup. 

·      Contributing to knowledge sharing within the team and the company through training sessions and meetings. 

·      Conduct UAT for any new bonus mechanic releases or as required. 

·      Building and nurturing positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 

·      Completing ad-hoc manual tasks as necessary to support bonus function. 

Your experience 

·         Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail. 

·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. 

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time. 

·         Solid understanding of implementing, driving, and managing complex bonus mechanics. 

·         Familiarity with bonus mechanics and a keen interest in our products. 

·         Proactive and collaborative approach to work, actively contributing to team efforts. 

·         Experience within the online gaming sector and a strong interest in its product offering is desirable.
