We are seeking a Regional Legal Counsel or Regional Compliance Counsel to join our Regional Legal & Regulatory team, with a particular focus on the Swedish and Danish markets, and broader regional support as required.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Legal and Regulatory, you will act as a key advisor to the business on implementing legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Duty of Care, in a way that is both commercially pragmatic and operationally effective.
This is a strategic, business-facing role where you will proactively support our regional operations by translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity, and contributing to the development of robust internal processes and controls.
