The role

As a Project manager at Kindred Group we are looking for you to understand and then align the 6-18 month strategic product and project roadmaps. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning project deliverables with organisational objectives, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders to achieve project success. Collaborating with the Kindred Sports Platform (KSP) Project & Delivery team in overseeing and coordinating projects within KSP through the course of rolling out KSP across the several markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans and timelines
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and establish mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution:
    • Lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
    • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans to address changes or challenges.
    • Manage resources effectively, including assigning tasks and balancing workloads.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Ensure clear and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.
    • Facilitate decision-making processes and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation plans.
    • Monitor and address project issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Motivate and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.
