The role

As a Project manager at Kindred Group we are looking for you to understand and then align the 6-18 month strategic product and project roadmaps. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning project deliverables with organisational objectives, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders to achieve project success. Collaborating with the Kindred Sports Platform (KSP) Project & Delivery team in overseeing and coordinating projects within KSP through the course of rolling out KSP across the several markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and establish mitigation strategies.
Project Execution:
- Lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans to address changes or challenges.
- Manage resources effectively, including assigning tasks and balancing workloads.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor and address project issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Motivate and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.
