You will join the team developing the in-house Kindred Sportsbook Platform. We are multiple teams across various time zones contributing to maximum agile flow of delivery. Most teams are distributed, hence working primarily remote and we are therefore open for candidates across all Kindred locations but preferably in Stockholm or London.

The successful candidate has great knowledge and experience from working with leading data solutions and software development and has a proven track record in delivering high quality solutions to customers and the business.

What you will do

Acting as a Tech Delivery expert and Leader

  • Deploy agile development and delivery methods, ensuring that principles of human centered design thinking are embraced through the delivery process with the aim of delivering world class experiences.
  • Liaise with Kindred business delivery teams and key business stakeholders to secure efficient management of your backlogs and handling of new business initiatives.
  • Ensure maximum business value of scheduled work, define business and technical requirements, translate them into workable Epics and User Stories and ensure timely deliveries of the backlog items.
  • Support the teams by participating in scrum ceremonies like daily, backlog grooming and planning.
  • Provide full visibility and transparency on capacity planning for the backlogs and clearly communicate capacity and estimations to key stake holders.
  • Engage close communication with relevant stakeholders such as business owners, UX, PO's and tech teams on business initiatives and release schedules, secure visibility of feature progress.
  • Act like a lead coordinator when needed, feel comfortable managing deliveries from start to end and drive development and project progress across multiple teams and backlogs.

Acting as a Customer Champion and Change Ambassador

  • Work alongside the Product Engineering Lead on executing Kindred's key experiences, across customer journeys, across all channels and contribute to create experiences that set industry standards for delighting customers, and contribute to maximum agile flow of delivery, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Use all available customer understanding and analytics tools for product decisions purposes.
  • Exhibit a “customer first” behavior, step into our customer shoes and constantly find improvements.
  • Engage CX/UX teams with dilemmas and incorporate these teams in the weekly schedule and establish ways of working with these teams.

Your Experience

  • Solid experience working as either Product Owner or Scrum Master role in agile development
  • Genuine passion for customer interaction and perception of used services
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and Strategic thinker with a positive attitude
  • Have a data and evidence driven mind-set in decision making
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Must thrive in multi-tasking, quick moving, demanding environment
