Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Take ownership of the product vision for Australia's contributions to the Sportsbook Platform (SP), ensuring it aligns with the broader FDJ goals.
Act as the main point of contact between the Head of Product Engineering and local product teams.
Represent the Australian product function in cross-regional planning, reporting, and delivery discussions.

People Management

Lead, mentor, and support all Product Owners in the Australian office.
Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and help with career development.
Build a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team culture that delivers value to customers.

Product Development & Agile Delivery

Oversee roadmap planning and quarterly priorities across multiple squads.
Turn business goals into actionable product roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
Ensure smooth delivery by coordinating with design, engineering, compliance, and business teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Work closely with internal teams (Trading, Compliance, UX, Data Science) to prioritise features based on value and feasibility.
Keep stakeholders updated with clear, transparent communication on product plans, progress, and performance.
Manage capacity planning and maintain visibility on delivery risks and dependencies.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in product ownership or management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of sportsbook or online gambling platforms.
Proven experience leading agile teams and collaborating across regions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset and ability to make decisions based on insights.
Experience in highly regulated digital environments is a plus.
Experience working with distributed teams across Europe or APAC is a bonus.
