The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to optimize, develop and deliver operational product improvements to contribute towards Product and Operational KPIs. Your goal will be to transform the existing operational products to reduce the number of tools while ensuring our operational teams have access to all the data necessary to perform their duties.



Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Request Management

       Manage and prioritize all incoming operational product requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource availability.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

        Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their needs and define optimal, value-driven solutions. Write, refine, and validate requirements across multiple teams using the same products.

 

  • Product Planning & Development Coordination

        Initiate and oversee product development efforts in collaboration with engineering teams. 

 

  • Roadmap Transparency & Communication

        Maintain up-to-date Kanban boards and proactively communicate progress, timelines, and release dates to all relevant stakeholders.

 

  • Data-Driven Product Evaluation

       Support data collection and analysis across tools and teams to assess product performance.

       Monitor operational KPIs and share insights following product releases to ensure continuous improvement.

 

  • Customer Insights & Feedback Collection

       Gather user feedback via surveys, support tickets, and/or usability studies to inform future development and enhance the user experience.

 

  • Testing & Quality Assurance Support

       Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases and scenarios.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments to ensure effective communication, seamless execution, and shared ownership of product outcomes.
  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.
  • Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

 

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analyst, or similar support role (internships included) is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
