Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Buyer to take ownership of the Casino & Gaming category within the Online Product team. You will play a central role in managing supplier relationships, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for value creation. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a sharp eye for industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Management: Own the online product (Casino & Gaming) procurement category end-to-end, from sourcing to supplier performance.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Track spend, monitor supplier KPIs, and analyze category performance to drive continuous improvement and reporting. Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and added value .
  • Contract Management & Review: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and review of supplier contracts to ensure optimal terms and risk management. Oversee the full contract lifecycle in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, attend trade fairs and company events, and monitor market dynamics and regulatory changes.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with FDJ United's business and ethical standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to understand needs, influence decisions, and ensure procurement delivers business value.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in procurement, ideally in digital, technology, entertainment, or gaming industries.
  • Mindset: Curious, analytical, and a proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communicator and influencer, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong understanding of contracts and negotiation, with the ability to spot risks and opportunities.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and data to support decisions and build cases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Enthusiastic about the gaming/casino space and committed to staying informed and connected.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with procurement platforms and contract management systems.
  • Familiarity with agile or product-led organizations.
  • Prior exposure to gaming or digital entertainment suppliers.
