As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing top-tier strategies across paid search and YouTube in your assigned markets to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for selected Kindred brands. You will manage substantial budgets and collaborate with digital marketing teams within the Biddable Media department to identify customer acquisition opportunities in the digital advertising space.

This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within an in-house center of excellence and a dynamic, expanding media department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PPC, preferably from a Media Agency and performance-driven environment. Resilience, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement are key to success in this position.

 

What you will do

  • Manage PPC accounts across multiple channels (Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker) in designated markets.
  • Set up, manage, optimize, and report on PPC campaigns within your assigned markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the PPC Team Lead to define and execute strategies across all brands and markets.
  • Focus on key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost per acquisition, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including Country Managers, local Digital Marketing Managers, and other teams beyond digital advertising.
  • Work with external partners like Google and Microsoft.
  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
  • Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements

 

Your experience

  • Minimum 1 years of PPC experience, ideally in a performance-driven environment focusing on CPA or ROI.
  • Proficient in third-party analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in online marketing using buy-side/demand-side platforms (e.g., DSPs, AdWords, Facebook Power Editor).
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Understanding of online marketing technical aspects (e.g., tracking, analytics tools).
  • Experience in the Gaming/iGaming industry.
  • Worked towards acquisition KPIs, such as CPA.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Degree in marketing or related online qualification
