Are you passionate about poker, especially tournaments? Do you have a deep understanding of the dynamics that make poker tournaments exciting and engaging? We are looking for someone just like you to join our team as the Poker Content Manager. In a small core product team, your role is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver the best poker experience by closely collaborating with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, utilising data insights, and will continuously refining our Poker product to align with our strategy and goals

 

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end management of poker tournaments, including the creation of tournament series, daily schedule optimization, and cost management.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and third-party suppliers to promote and deliver the most relevant poker product content based on performance data and commercial incentives.
  • Partner with Customer Support, CX, and UX teams to gather player feedback, understand their needs, and implement improvements that enhance the player experience.
  • Address escalated customer issues and contribute to the onboarding and training of new CS agents.
  • Assist in managing the Poker Ambassador program and maximize the impact of partnerships with key affiliates.
  • Drive technical enhancements in collaboration with third-party suppliers, focusing on tournament automation and process optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, conduct market analysis, and share insights with the Gaming team to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work with the responsible gaming team and external suppliers to support our commitment to 0% revenue from harmful gambling.
  • Represent the Poker team internally, raising awareness about the poker product and sharing updates on key developments across the organisation.

  • Poker revenue growth and tournament performance metrics.
  • Strength of internal cross-departmental relationships and engagement.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Customer Experience (CX) scores.
  • Internal engagement and awareness of poker product developments.

 

Your experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the poker gaming industry, preferably with knowledge of online poker tournament management.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
