The Role

As we continue to improve our growing platform, we're looking for a motivated Performance Engineer with excellent hands-on skills to join our TechOps team.

Our mission? To create a high-throughput, low-latency, asynchronous betting platform that can handle the pressure of real-time, high-stakes events while delivering a flawless experience to millions of users across multiple regions and countries. Think of it as building the F1 car of betting platforms: lightning-fast, reliable, and engineered to perform under the most demanding conditions.

What you will do

As a Performance engineer Initiative, resourcefulness, and autonomy are essential skills for this role. The Performance Engineer should be able to reliably, lead continuous improvement culture, and have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary
stakeholders. Critical attributes for this role also include proactiveness, ability to quickly learn and pick up complex component integrations, manage many competing priorities and think outside the box. You will understand the development life cycle better than the back of your hand as well as how to use agile methodologies within the working environment.
 

Your Experience
  • Infrastructure (Couchbase, Elastic, Kafka, Solace, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Platform (K8, Isitio, AWS, OpenStack).
  • Source control (any git based tool).
  • Deployment tools (Jenkins).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and learn quickly, with strong
  • analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Gaming industry experience is desirable (Not mandatory).
  • Experience in test automation design with Continuous Integration (CI) /
  • Continuous Delivery tools like TeamCity, Bitbucket.
