We are seeking an experienced payments individual who is able to serve as the first point of contact for PSPs whilst maximizing payment provider acceptance rates and partnerships.

We are seeking a candidate with proven teamwork experience, who thrives in collaborative environments, communicates effectively, and contributes to team success by working with colleagues to achieve common goals .
Proactively sourcing new Payment Service Providers, profiling potential providers, initiating contact, managing the tendering process and working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance and Procurement to manage the onboarding process end to end
Lead the negotiations with the payment providers around the Commerical terms
Working and coordinating with the Payment team and other internal stakeholder to implement new Payment Service Providers, including testing, ensuring high performance of the Payment Provider as per the contract
Maintaining a database of payment providers and proactively ensuring our payment provider information is kept up to date and accurate
Support the Head of Payments with the prioritization of product development and payment back log, providing recommendations based on insight and trends that align to our strategy and business needs
Providing in-depth payment analysis to identify and drive areas of improvement recommendations to ensure the best customer experience
Secure and maintain payment system and mechanism for Kindred Group by ensuring we have a business continuity and mitigation plans in place for our key markets
Drive improved commercials in a number of critical areas of cost against agreed KPI's and objectives
Evolve our support processes and structure in order to drive better collaboration with player safety, finance, User experience and market team
Act at the main point of contact for the Kindred Finance department (Financial Control and Business Finance team ) to ensure payment partners are mapped correctly as well as a smooth relationship is established
Continually review our existing commercial relationships and the commercial structure of the Groups agreements that are already in place to ensure they are still delivering value for Kindred and a great customer experience
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders within Kindred Group for some of our partner relationships
Work closely with our Audit and Compliance teams to support ad hoc and regular audit reviews and ensuring our partners are up to date with their Compliance framework and external payment regulations to ensure we have a market leading and compliant portfolio
Help to create and maintain an effective and positive working environment within the Global Payment Solutions team
Leading with ongoing payments projects, researching and testing new products as an when required
