The role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Organisational Design and Change Partner to lead key strategic operating model and organisation design initiatives across our business. As part of a small Centre of Expertise focused on Organisation Effectiveness, this role will report to Organisation Effectiveness Lead.

 

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in leading Organisation Design initiatives. While experience within a D2C product-based company is highly valued, it is not a mandatory requirement.

 

What you will do?

 

· Provide Organisation Design expertise, leading operating model changes and transformation initiatives.

· Analyse organisational structures and performance metrics, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and co-create tailored solutions that address strategic business needs.

· Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

· Deliver clear, concise project updates and presentations for stakeholders.

· Take a holistic approach to reorganisation decisions, considering their potential impact across the organisation to ensure alignment.

· Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a strategic advisor throughout the OD process.

· Lead change management activities to support the successful delivery of OD initiatives, including change impact assessments, planning, and interventions.

· Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged during transitions.

· Collaborate with global People Partners to plan and implement OD changes effectively.

· Delivered successful organisational design and change initiatives with the ability to work independently and drive results.

· Gained extensive experience managing Organisation Design projects and supporting major change programmes.

· Provided project management support, including status reporting, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.

· Developed effective communication and training strategies for organisational change initiatives.

· Utilised business readiness tools to ensure smooth implementation of changes.

· Built strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, influencing at all levels of the organisation.

· Worked sensitively and proactively with employees navigating periods of change.

· Demonstrated creativity and innovation in solving complex problems.
