Key Responsibilities: 

  • Independently lead and execute transformation initiatives, with a focus on marketing automation, AI applications, and process optimization.
  • Lead and support development teams to provide AI and automation solutions that solve business problems across the organization.
  • Apply and evolve methodologies and best practices in AI testing, prompting, and outcome evaluation, working with cutting-edge LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta.
  • Drive projects autonomously, from conception to implementation, demonstrating strong project management skills.
  • Engage and align stakeholders across multiple departments, convincing and influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify innovative AI and automation solutions that align with our transformation goals.
  • Manage cross-functional working groups, ensuring clear communication and progress towards objectives.
  • Perform detailed investigations and analysis to support executive decision-making and strategy development.
  • Develop and present business cases and ROI analyses for proposed AI and automation initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Transformation, Marketing Operations, Commercial & Marketing, Product, Tech, Legal, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology, AI, and automation to inform our transformation strategy.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communication and training coordination for new AI and automation tools.

   

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or consulting roles, preferably in the marketing or technology sectors. Experience in business transformation is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, with hands-on experience in applying these technologies to business problems.
  • Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Llama 3.1) and prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating technical teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Keen interest in marketing technologies, AI applications, and data analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience in the gaming or betting industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
