Join us in shaping the future of gaming. Are you ready to LEVEL-UP THE GAME?

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Marketing Transformation Manager to join our Marketing Transformation team at FDJ UNITED. This role is crucial in driving forward our ambitious transformation initiatives, revolutionising our marketing operations through automation, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the confidence to lead projects that challenge the status quo. You'll work closely with development teams to design and deliver AI and automation solutions that have real impact across the organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead transformational initiatives across marketing automation, AI applications, and process optimisation — from concept to delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement AI and automation solutions that create real business impact.

  • Experiment with the latest LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and more) to push the boundaries of marketing innovation.

  • Own end-to-end projects, showcasing your project management expertise and ability to deliver measurable results.

  • Influence stakeholders across departments, aligning teams behind AI-driven strategies and transformation goals.

  • Spot the next big opportunity — research, analyse, and present forward-thinking AI and automation solutions that elevate our capabilities.

  • Build business cases and ROI models for executive review, helping shape our future AI and automation roadmap.

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Tech, Legal, and Operations to deliver seamless project execution.

  • Champion change management, ensuring smooth adoption and upskilling across the organisation

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years' experience in project management, consulting, or business transformation — ideally in marketing or tech.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI and hands-on experience applying it to real-world problems.

  • Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3.1) and prompt engineering best practices.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills — you translate complexity into clear, actionable insights.

  • A solid grasp of agile methodologies and experience leading or coordinating technical teams.

  • Keen interest in MarTech, AI, and data analytics tools.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills — you know how to engage and influence at every level.

  • Bonus points for experience in the gaming or betting industry.
