The role

The Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and co-development of brand, content, and creative strategies for Unibet in Australia. Working closely with the Head of Marketing (Australia), the role will ensure that our brand strategy aligns with top-line commercial objectives, while the content strategy resonates with the target audience and delivers long-term value for the Unibet brand.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define local creative guidelines for Unibet Australia, ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
  • Manage and mentor the full-time Social Media Executive, providing necessary support for career development and skill enhancement.
  • Develop and execute a robust content strategy aimed at driving brand consideration among prospective audiences and increasing engagement with the existing customer base.
  • Work closely with the digital manager to ensure appropriate budget allocation across content, social, and media production.
  • Leverage Unibet brand ambassadors to integrate them into brand and content strategies effectively.
  • Manage the creative pipeline for both internal and external resources.
  • Oversee multimedia production, including run sheets, scheduling, and editing across all channels.
  • Provide weekly reports on content, social media performance, and brand KPIs.
  • Ensure all content and creative materials comply with internal LeCo (Legal & Compliance) guidelines.

Your experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a marketing manager or executive role.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong task management and prioritization skills, with the ability to take ownership and accountability for achieving goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Data-focused and ROI-driven, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • In-depth product knowledge and a genuine passion for the online gaming industry, either as a customer or through professional experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and foster team collaboration.
  • Extensive experience across social and content channels.
  • Multimedia and production experience is a plus.
