The Role:

Lead Product Manager – International Lotteries

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive our International Lotteries product strategy across key markets, including Europe and the USA. In this role, you will shape the vision, design innovative products, and lead execution while ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and financial objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding FDJ's global footprint, fostering innovation, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Market & Product Strategy

Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and define customer-centric product roadmaps.
Develop a competitive strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Product Execution & Optimization

Align product development with customer expectations, regulatory frameworks, and financial targets.
Work with Finance & Strategy teams to assess ROI and investment decisions.
Lead "make vs. buy" assessments in close partnership with the Tech team.
🔹 Collaboration & Leadership

Work cross-functionally with Technology, Data & AI, Strategy, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Build and manage relationships with regulatory authorities, tech vendors, and strategic partners in international markets.
Support lobbying and negotiation efforts for regulatory alignment.
🔹 Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Proven experience in international product strategy & execution, ideally in regulated markets.
✔️ Strong technical background (Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Business Analysis), with the ability to collaborate with Tech teams on architecture and infrastructure decisions.
✔️ Experience in the Gambling and Lottery industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and player behavior.
✔️ Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills in an international environment.
✔️ Experience working in Agile and Lean organizations (Tribes & Squads, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
✔️ Proven ability to own and manage a P&L, aligning product performance with financial objectives.

  • Be a compliance ambassador and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) leader within our Group
  • The group has numerous licenses across the globe, and you are accountable for the specific compliance obligations, as detailed in the group Compliance Framework (KCF), in your direct charge
  • Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.
  • As subject matter expert you are accountable for the compliance risk in your area and you will decide on mitigation/risk acceptance, up to a pre-agreed level, as defined in the Compliance Framework (KCF)
  • Dare to challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group
