The role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead a team of Product and Project Managers focused on operational tools and readiness. In this role, you will define and drive the vision for the back offices and internal tools used by our operational teams within the online gaming unit. You will also oversee project coordination efforts to ensure operational teams are fully prepared for upcoming changes and initiatives.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of operations, technology, and the wider organization. Your mission will be to lead the transformation of our operational systems, enhancing usability, scalability, and efficiency, so that our teams are empowered to perform their roles effectively and with confidence.

What you will do

Define and Drive Product Strategy
Set the strategic vision and direction for multiple products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and operational needs.

Own the Operations Roadmap
Develop and manage product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect both long-term strategy and near-term impact.

Decision-Making & Prioritization
Lead complex prioritization discussions, balancing business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and operational readiness.

Data-Informed Decisions
Promote and support a data-driven approach to product development, encouraging validation of ideas through metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Oversee Project Management and Operational Readiness
Provide leadership and oversight across project management activities to ensure your team prepares operational teams effectively for company initiatives.

Coordinate Cross-Product Initiatives
Oversee and align multiple product initiatives, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and efficient delivery across your team.

Stakeholder Alignment
Partner with senior leadership in commercial, compliance, engineering and operational teams to align on product and project goals. Act as a key voice in strategic discussions.

Leadership and Mentorship
Ensure your direct reports have appropriate training, tools and other resources to perform their jobs. Guide and mentor your team by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and supporting development.

Own and Drive Product and Team Performance Through KPIs

Define, track, and take ownership of the product and team's KPIs. Ensure targets are met or exceeded by aligning goals with strategic priorities, monitoring progress regularly, and driving accountability across the team.

Compliance obligations

  • Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
  • Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
  • Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

How will success be measured in this role

  • Acting in line with FDJ UNITED values
  • Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support FDJ's sustainable and responsible growth

Your experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager, or 3–5 years as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of ownership and delivery.
  • Proven experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps across multiple initiatives, from concept through to launch.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the iGaming/Operations industry is a strong asset, particularly in navigating operational workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience operating within cross-functional organizations, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
