We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who thrives on building reliable, scalable, and future-proof systems. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining our product portfolio, driving automation, and ensuring our services run smoothly as our organization scales to meet growing demand.

What you'll do

Maintain, improve, and optimize our infrastructure and product portfolio.
Design with change and automation in mind — helping us work smarter, not harder.
Troubleshoot and support incident handling, while guiding 2nd line teams with prioritization.
Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals and deliver reliable services.
Share your expertise through documentation, mentorship, and continuous knowledge exchange.
Stay aligned with our values, processes, and compliance standards.

What you'll bring

Solid understanding of virtualization, automation, and orchestration practices.
Experience working with large-scale production systems and open-source technologies.
Proficiency in coding and scripting for automation and infrastructure management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.

Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
